My Birthday Activities in 2025 vs 2005

I am officially in my “no more nightclubs era” and a lot more #antiagingskincare era via great food for mind, body and soul!

As I wished another Happy birthday to myself  2025, I reminisced the contrasts from two decades ago as tiktok invited us to make John hamm at a nightclub in the famous TV series “Mad Men”, a trending meme vs 2005! #johnhammtrend 

 2025 has been a year of miracles and blessings beyond anything I ever imagined. 

 On my birthday weekend, to show my gratitude to all my beauty and longevity clients, I hosted a Botox party at Juvanni (because Botox is one of my most favorite anti-aging medications).
